Campervan is picked up and returned to Pälkäneentie 13, 00510 Helsinki.

Driver must be over 20 years old, and had a driving licence (B) for at least 1 year.

A non-refundable 25% booking fee of the total price to be paid when booking.

Payment of the remaining sum will be made with a debit card when picking up. 2% price increase for credit card payments.

The campervan is returned in the same condition as received: cleaned properly and with a full fuel tank.

A 200€ deposit is charged when picking up the campervan and it will be refunded when the campervan is returned in the same condition as it was picking up.

A rental day is 24h, and it begins when campervan is picked up. For example 7 days rental is 7x24h. Pick-up time is regularly between 12-17 and return between 9-11. Other times can be seperately agreed on depending on availability.

In the event of damaging the campervan, the hirer will be charged the deductible part of the insurance (600€).

In the unlikely event of a mechanical malfunction, the insurance will cover towing to the nearest car service shop.

In the event of a mechanical malfunction of the campervan for a reason not attributable to the renter, the rental price will be refunded to the renter for the dates they can't use the campervan and the renter may receive compensation from the insurance company for additional travel expenses caused by the malfunction.

The renter is responsible for any fines and payments received during the rental period (parking, speeding, road tolls etc.)

In a force majeure situation (such as that the campervan is totaled, stolen or severely damaged before your arrival) the rental company can cancel the booking and refund the booking fee. In such situation the rental company will try to find a alternative campervan for the customer.
